you can request through the forums just like how you opened this thread. Just post a thread…Since you have already made this thread, you can give a brief explanation of the utility you want to develop and your contact details her so that the freelancers here can contact you if they are interested.

Most of the time, people post a thread on the Item Requests section, where they explain what they want. Freelancers then can post a comment, saying either that they can do it for you, or where you can find it.
