I don’t remember how many thread has been opening just for complaining about the approving files proccess.

There are many people emailed me for new version and updates. They and me are all waiting.

I uploaded the file 7 days ago and it was still there, at 1 in the queue. And hey, it’s just the update file for 3D picTail, not a new file.

If flashden don’t need my file then i should sell it somewhere else.

If the reviewers can not do all the tasks then flashden should need more reviewers, it’s flashden’s problem, i don’t care about that, but don’t make me wait…

Why should i and many other author just waiting day after day? They are the one who contributed to flashden, not the one who beg for something here? Why don’t flashden regard them just a little bit?

I feel really upset for that.

Waiting 7 days should not be such a big deal… most other sites you wait 2-6 weeks to get a file approved.. Anyways, it could be because your file might be under “question” of a copyright issue? I dont know.. Contact support… it might help you more. :)

Thanks RimV

Because there’s many people here send emails to me… I think they really need it.

But i don’t think my file really need 3-4 days to review (it was at 1st in the queue for at least 3 days)... All the assets is from flashden… I don’t know what are you guys inspecting on that file… It’s really a waste.

I think in that case, the reviewer should send an email or something, that would be much kind…

But anyway, thanks.

I thought about this so called “problem” too , but it is better like this , to wait a few days and the reviewers to process only about 30 files a day not 100 , because then the files can be seen on the firs page and all the files have a good chance to sell well , but if there are to many you won’t even get to see some files , and many users browse for a specific file only , but like this they might see something they like and go ahead and buy it even though they don’t absolutely need it. In the second place , yes for a simple update we shouldn’t wait that much .:)

I have an even better idea than having the queue go faster. Let’s have a setting in all of our profiles where the “the queue is too slow” threads won’t show up if we don’t want them to. Another idea is making a “why has it not been approved yet” post sticky forever. It will grow to like 500 posts, but at least they will be centralized. ;)

Seriously though. Are you on other stock sites? Do you realize how fast this queue is? Istock took around 3 months to approve my first file so I quit over there.

PS they are hiring a new reviewer. There is a thread about it.

Yeah I can understand some of you are hurry to see their files approved. But FD does a great job. There’re more and more files, common files, not interesting files, boring files, original files, nice files, and great files to review (most of them would be rejected if I was a reviewer, I d’ont like to be bored lol). They are fast and they hire new reviewers when it’s needed. What you could do while waiting, send the file to your awaiting clients and they pay for it once it’s approved. Perhaps that sounds wierd but I already did it with a urgent client and he paid :)
