Does anyone have a Flash / SWF Compression software they would recommend? My non-AS movies get way too big and I need a quick and easy way to compress them without losing noticible quality.
I am looking at Eltima Software’s Flash Optimizer 2.0. has anyone had any experience with it? How would you rate it?

I will not recommend you to use it, what this software does, it reduce the quality of the JPG /BMP atc` in a way so it wont be so noticeable on the quality,you can do it by your self by reducing the quality in the library /property panel on your image JPG .
It also messing with you vector point shape and its highly not recommend when they reduce the point break in automatic way,or massing with your sound quality.
If your size of your SWF file is large the best way is to make your heavy JPG /sound external and try not to use components because the average of each component is between 20kb to 60kb.
There is no short cuts making small size web site and coding is the key to reduce your SWF file size.
This software that you mention is defiantly doesn’t stand in the criterion of flash design/developer.
