Hi. I need an LIVE AUDIO STREAM player in native flash without using any kind of embedded WMP , QuickTime, ...

I will provide all graphics in PSD files. Player itself will be small (about 200×200 pixels) and will have 5 buttons – play, stop, mute, volume up and volume down.

It must plays LIVE AUDIO STREAM – MP3 or AAC . My web page will use JavaScript to dynamic stream url change (we have 4 different audio streams at this moment) without reloading flash object. My web page should be able to mute / unmute the player (also using JavaScript call). Player should be able to remember (cookies) last volume, so it can restore it when visitors comes back. I can’t use FLEX server or anything like that. I have working audio streams in WMA and I can start streams in MP3 , AAC or OGG (not preferred) formats.

You can use these streams for testing (as we will use the same server and configuration): http://www.play.cz/radio/danceradio128.aac.m3u http://www.play.cz/radio/danceradio128.mp3.m3u

So last thing… Say Your price.

Hi soukupl,

Your email was bounced back from your server… could you give me an alternative email address?

Hi, sorry to hijack the thread but i want to ask something technical. In a scenario where a stream is played from a home computer through a media player (eg shoutcast) and transmitted to a website to be used by the flash player, is the number of listeners important or not?

I am asking because up till now i thought that everyone connected would get traffic from your upload speed but this way (flash) maybe the server handles all the traffic after you upload? Just curious :)

ShoutCast streams are relayed from a media player to a server which in turn handles the streams that listener connect to. So everyone who listens takes bandwidth from the server and not the computer that runs the radio station.

Try to use root@soundboss.cz. If this will not work, use soukup@radiocity.cz. Thank You.
