I think every email form should work found here but if Go Daddy Hosting Servers require SMTP authentication then may be none of them will work.

Sold between 1 and 100 dollars

I’ve always had trouble using form mailers with GoDaddy so I moved to a different host. In the future you might want to try using 1and1. I’ve never had server-side trouble when using them.

You could take the code from the form mailer that GoDaddy provides here: http://help.godaddy.com/topic/421/article/510 and integrate it with flash. Its simple code.

Your welcome ;) the file is gdform.php .. it should be located already on your host.
