Hello All! I’m fairly new at Flash/XML. Here is my question.

How do I apply a “mask” for lack of a better word to the visible scroller area? As-is, this scrolling text spans from absolute right to left. I would like to designate the visible area for the text to be seen.

Is the solution in the XML file itself? Assigning horizontal coordinates or in the ActionsScript? I tried the traditional “mask” layer but it appears the XML overrides??? Cant figure it out. Help\?!
