LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SIMILAR

Hello all,

New here – web designer; but not a Flash designer. I’m looking for an XML driven file that I can work with to make something similar to this header:

http://www.iongroup.com/ for a new client

He requested horizontal and vertical. I’ve looked through all the image viewers and see a few that are close; but most are galleries with thumbs.

Does anyone have anything like this or the ability to make it (I can pay) that I could easily update with an XML file?
