Buyers are getting used to with low dirty cheap price of flashden item but forget there are some flashers out there still looking for food everyday 
i can assure you that no one here will do that for 50$ its a very advanced feature to record and playback the drawing and im guessing you would also want them to be able to save it which would also be complex this type of file would cost you alot Posted 3 months agoWho the hell works for under $50 an hour?!!! – Z –Obviously not you.

There’s free drawing pad here that does all you require. I downloaded this and modified it in a number of ways for practice it when I was learning Flash. It is completely open source with unrestricted usage license
I couldn’t develop something like that from scratch for you for the price you are offering but I’d be happy to customize this one for you for an hourly rate if it doesn’t fit your requirements as it is. (eg a full color picker, more line widths, different layout, etc
