Referred at least one person Bought between 50 and 99 items

Here is a suggestion that I think would be helpful to buyers. I believe that file that are more than $5 needs to be priced within that division of $5. If a file is $6 or $8 just make it either $5 or $10, because it does buyers no good when they are stuck with $3 or $4, either that or change the paypal deposit options to a dollar amount that buyers can choose on their own.

Also there are some files that are priced at $40 and $50, Good Luck selling them in this economy.

In my opinion, those files – priced at $40 or $50 – are totaly worth it.

Regardless of the economy, a complete website for $50 is a steal. I am guessing that we will see a surge in sales here because of the economy. All the people that would have spent thousands on a custom website will come here to find an out of the box solution for a fraction of the cost.

What?! Another unsatisfied buyer who wants even LOWER prices? You guys are crazy :D As dxc381 said this is a TOTAL STEAL ! So don’t complain about the prices .. prices are good as they are. If you buy a 6$ file, 90% it saves you at least 100$ of custom work.. So if you are stuck with 4$ there is no real problem cause anyway..you are in advantage.
So in my opinion and i bet that in the opinion of 99% of the authors here, your suggestion is really really bad :)

Hey McNuggets,

What you’re saying is sweet n sour ;)

I like your idea concerning deposits, and I’m sure a lot of buyers would too, but I don’t know if the logistics and ultimate cost of setting that up will be advantageous in the long run…

Regarding prices, I think pretty much everyone seems to be in agreement that this economy might actually be helpful to microstock sales.. 40 dollars for a complete site or app solution is like a godsend when you consider that otherwise a buyer would have to fork over hundreds if not thousands to have the same item developed from scratch.

So in terms of the economy, I’d say it’s the higher priced developers that need to be the most worried… Could be wrong of course but I think we might just see more authors looking for income from multiple micro sales than from bigger freelance single client hits.

And by the same token, the dollar store is going to make a mint now. :)
