SERIOUSLY? I DONT GET IT...

So when I built my template, the FULL XML SITE one, I created everything myself… The photo galleries, contact forms, music players, EVERYTHING !

Why? Well one reason was because I wanted to be original, but also because if I were to use someone elses files from FlashDen, wouldn’t it be illegal?

Now, I have seen quite a few of the new templates which use a lot of FlashDen files… I dont want to name names here, but in multiple templates (all from different users), I’ve noticed video players, music players, etc… all from FlashDen.

For example, in multiple templates, all created by different people, I saw the usage of bobocel’s FLV player, TriWork’s Music player, etc… All not changed at all… Except for maybe a color or two.

Is this legal?

I would contact support and let them deal with it.

i dunno how to get it, but as it says there, they are supposed to protect flashden against the copyright infringement…

Potentially it is possible, ethically I think it is not. On one thing but I think we should be in agreement: buy a file of someone else helps us to understand how things should be made to the fullest.

I think that if FlashDen check each file to the smallest details there would be an endless queue, and we would like week to have their work online.

It is a question of ethics, I think that everyone should make an examination of conscience before uploading files.
