SOME OF MY FONTS PIXELS ARE MISSING??

i just checked one of my fonts (http://flashden.net/item/pixel-handwriting/15853) and noticed that some of the pixels for some of the characters are missing compared to the version installed on my computer

(pixels are kinda important in a pixel font) letters that i have noticed are H, U, Y, 1, 4 and #. is this just because of the preview? has anyone else had this problem? thought i’d post in the forum before contacting support.

I really think it’s because the preview has been set to the wrong font size…so Flash is trying to warp the pixels since the characters are not fitting on the grid as they should. Some pixels end up doubled, some get moved, and some just vanish.

Contact support…they fixed mine finally and now it looks as it should. You might consider adding an image of the keyboard legend to your description as I have.

In my original support email about this I sited one of your fonts as well as my own…you’d think they would have checked all of yours also and made the fixes at the same time…oh well, we prob won’t ever see a sale on these anyway :)

probably not but there still fun to make. sticking an image in the desc’s a good idea i’ll do that as well.
