"UPLOADED ON..."

Hi guys,

You know the “uploaded on” on your item page, shouldn’t it be the date that the file was actually accepted and uploaded live on the site?

At the moment, the date displayed is the date that we actually upload the file to be approved, if the file gets rejected once if you forget something, it is likely to be approved about a week after the first upload.

So for instance, one of my file approved today (28th), actually displays “uploaded on 21st”, with of course no sales and few comments, which might send the wrong message to the potential buyer who might wonder why noone has bought the file for a week etc…

Of course, this is not the end of the world, and of course if the file is great it will sell, but it would make sense to display the date that the file is actually available for sale.

I agree. It should say item “approved for sale on…” then the date it went on. Also anyone having trouble updating the preview image after the file has been approved? I tried to do it a few times and it just says “your update has been processed” but the old fullscreen preview image is still there?

Haven’t actually tried this feature yet, but was going to give it a go today, will let you know…
