nice interaction but this kind of control on a panoramic of this kind isnt doing the picture justice, a pic of this kind should be wrapped around a cylinder to show the actual; environment captured as 360, this has been done before very well by a guy who developed flashvr www.flashvr.de quite impressive for such vr tours presented in flash.
worth checking out.
Hopefully in the future someone will push vr tours a little further by including up and down viewing as well as left to right, but then again flash video has more potential for tours.
just a few comments as i researched the potential of flash tours some time ago.

yes in the flash ide you can easily change the width or height in a few secounds

placing spherical panoramas onto FLAT plane doesn’t work that way. you need real 3D sphere to look at 360 Spherical panoramas.
