Clean 3D Carousel Navigation, fully adjustable in XML !
Can open pages on the same page or in a new window, or any other target

Features

Fully adjustable in XML :
- Change the width/height of the items in the carousel
- Change framerate of the carousel
- Change speed of the carousel
- Change label/tooltip color and textcolor
- Add as much items as you want
- Define the text showed in the label/tooltip for each image
- Define the url that will appear when clicked on an item
- Define the target of the url
Change the width, height and background color of the flash in HTML
Nice reflection effect

Coded in AS3 (Contains a very clean OOP programmed Carousel class)
No Adobe flash needed, because the most changes can be done in the XML file

Yes this file looks similar to my other file!
But this file is made for navigation purposes and my other file is an image gallery

Weird indeed because it works perfect here and on other computer on both Firefox and IE

Hello,

Tried in Flock And Opera – after clicking on a link a page opens in a new window – after closing down the new window the carousel no longer rotates – so using frames this would not look so good unless this was fixed?

Questions – would it be possible to:

1. Make it white background?

2. Make the image sizes larger?

3. Make the carousel still rotate left-right after navigating, as this feature appears disabled after having clicked on a link.

I do not have flash etc., so would you do this free, or how much would this cost?

I quite like this, as it does not seem to use much memory as made one with another user and CPU was far too high for usability: http://www.skypeenglishteacher.org/Welcome2.html – would it be easy for me to replace that one with this?

BTW , if you are going to quote prices, still might not do 100%, as am now thinking about different format for website.

the only thing I can say:

First of all learn to implement swf files in html documents… i can´t view this thing, not in Firefox, not in IE, I´ve got the latest Flash Player cuz im a Flash Developer, so don´t say anything about that plx – kk thx :>

The URLs don’t seem to open, is this because i am opening it from the desktop file and not a website?

this is the main feature i require on this and i cant seem to get it working, it works on the demo i checked at the top.

any ideas?

Hi !

Can I specify margins ?

I want my carousel to be in a 625×250 box, yet the carousel can’t show if height is under a minimum size.

I want the carousel to fit in the size I want, and not a big space between images and the top (or the bottom according to the specified salign)

Nice file! A couple of questions:

1/ Is it possible to alter the behavior in such a way that the mouse-over thumbnail can be enlarged to show a bigger picture before user can click and navigate to the landing url?

2/ Can we specify the target of the url as the current window itself instead of a new one (i’m assuming this should be doable, but just need to confirm)
