2 Questions…do the images need to be the same size? And is one of the 13 parameters a larger view? Like say I integrate this file, would it be possible to have a button, or click make the image larger? Or do the images just stay the same size based on what they are inputted as?

Actually this is the default view but this file is very flexible because it is a .mxp component file but I have setup it in such a way that you will be able to implement it in your unique way.

For example in the 2nd preview the text is not part of this component file but you have access to the xml data as array and also when an image changes an event is fired which your code will listen to and do thinks you want.

If someone buys it then do checkout the sample.2 file to see how I am accessing the images data from component and how I am displaying the text. Just a matter of 4-5 lines

I love it, I may have to buy this as well as the other gallery we were talking about.

But about my other question…does the images get pulled dynamically, and if so, can they vary in size?

@xdozex It is xml based so it is dynamic. Images can be varied sizes but it looks good with same size images.

Perfect! Sorry to be soooooo annoying but like I asked about the other gallery. Is it contained in a separate flash file that I can drop into an HTML site? Or does it need to be in a flash site? Buying it right after your response

it is an mxp component file which you will install by double clicking and it will appear in your components panel from where you will drag an instance and set parameters’ values.

Very Nice Work!

I am about the buy but I have question prio to do a move.

- Is it possible to have auto animation (picture would change every X seconds)

- Is it possible also to click on the picture instead of the arrows? right now it’s not working always sometimes i click it works sometimes no response at all.

- Lastly (but not essential) it would be nice to have mouse wheel recognition.

Only one thing I concern is why component ? Maybe it’s just me but component is something not to be prefered here on FD I suppose.

Very nice. The engine is basicly what I was looking for but without further documentation and or possibility to create and control the animation from my own separate interface I have no real use for it.

I purchased this, but cannot seem to deploy it in an existing website. I have successfully used slide shows with XML before, but this one won’t run for me. I’m working on a Mac in Dreamweaver CS3 .

After download, if I just double-click the sample2.swf file it opens and runs fine in Flash Player. And if I open the Sample2.html file with Safari or Firefox, they work just fine as well.

But when I try to use the components in my mostly static DW website, all I get is the space where the animation shoud be, but no animation.

I’ll admit I’m very new to all of this, so it may be some bone-head basic thing i am doing incorrectly. But I was able to make another slideshow work (ulfben’s SimpleSlide2) so I don’t think I’m a total newbidiot.

Any suggestions? Guidance?

This is not an fla source file but an MXP component file. Everything is explained in the Instructions.doc file that how to install and use it.

If you are trying to use one of the samples then try use the html and javascript embedding code from my sample files.

In case you cannot configure it then contact me via my profile and we will see what and where is the problem.

I bought this 3D IMAGE STACK GALLERY because I need to work with the Sample 2. It’s really cool but on the sample 2 I cannot change the size of the images like in the sample 1 and it seems to me that the stack is close. How can I change the Width and the Height of the pictures that will show in the final presentation. Even if I change the size on Photoshop still is getting worse. In the XML file there is no way to control the size and in the parameters there in no way to control the size either. Could you help me with that please? Anyways is a great job….and very well documented. Fully recomended. Thanks Mario

I just looked into the sample files and yes you are right that sample2.fla file has no Image Width and Image Height parameters. Because I had added these parameters later and I have missed updating the sample2.fla file.

You need to install the component and then just drag the ImageStack3D from the Components panel and replace the old one in the sample2.fla file.

is it posible to take out the black line between picture and it’s mirror? I mean this one http://www.file.cz/black-line.jpg.

Can you take me some simple script for it? For me will be the best way have this part transparental.
