Thanks for making this component. My company purchased it and so if it says “component not purchased yet” on my comment, ignore that.

I need to be able to specify the location of the XML file via ActionScript. We are going to be using this to display 360’s of all of our products. We are going to be using ASP .NET to generate the XML file on-the-fly and therefore need to be able to tell your component a unique URL for each product.

So is there any support to override the XML location with a flashVar the way SlideshowPro allows? (e.g. movie.swf?xmlFile=[someurl])

Alternatively I tried a few methods of creating a class via Actionscript and attaching it to a placeholder movieclip. But it doens’t seem to work. Could you let me know if what I am trying to do is possible?

Example using createClassObject() http://pastie.org/213759

Other example http://pastie.org/213760

this one generates an error on the last line: “The member is private and cannot be accessed.”

ok.. I see what I was doing wrong…

For anyone who is interested here’s how you do it.

may I know r u loading the images from xml file or making a swf file to load

If you are loading images from xml and the number of frames are taken as the xml node length

Then I am interested to buy this

Please let me know

Thank you Satya

@The image are loaded from XML . You can download and test the demo version first ( you find the demo version download link in the product description above at the bottom).

with this component, can you set it to turn 360 degrees ONE time only? Meaning it will not loop.. it will go one direction..stop.. then you would use the mouse to return it all the way back to the beginning -

Thanks -
