It is in a movie clip, so you can duplicate the movie clip and use this effect as many times as you want.

is it just me or does this file not work…I mean I am pretty flash illiterate but its absolutly not as simple as “Replace the image with yours; and follow the methods used in the file.”
First of all there are no methods to follow, no instructions. I replaced the image with my own and got it to blur into focus but it was on the bottom right of the screen and only showed the top corner of my image…samss you around for some assistance?

For some reason I can only get it to work when it is in the first frame file. Is there a way to be able to place it at any frame? Am I doing something wrong?

Except where explicitly stated this file is entirely the work of samss100. The author has indicated that any images / sounds / video / flash used which are not the author's work have been appropriately licensed for resale.
Think this file has infringed someone else's copyright?
