Sorry for dumb question but i have just bought this and need to know how to get rid of the green screen when adding to my flash project.

You need a chromakey filter in your software. I don’t use flash but a video editor. I would drag the effect on to the clip and use the eye dropper tool (if you have one) to match the colour. Then apply the effect and hey presto, you have the arm with a black (clear transparent) background. Sometimes you might have to adjust the similarity too. Chummy
