Very easy to customize! Just follow the steps on the help.doc file included. The effect is done using mask and blurred images done with a image editing software (like photoshop)

why not blur them in flash filters? that way you make the swf smaller

I thought the image quality was a LOT better in photoshop… but you can change the settings to do it with flash filters.

you can have 2 pictures or 1000000 picture!! is up to you. They will not be loaded dynamically! so you would have to edit the .fla file
