I’ve purchased but very disappointing, couldn’t understand anything. Also tried few importing large data into file to test preloader, its not loading anything once you test on bandwidth profiler.

I agree with asifkilwani

This preloader does NOT seem to actually preload anything. It’s really just a pretty animation.

Hey Guys,

Glad you like the animation :) and I assure you that it DOES actually preload. Now, that said.. maybe your files aren’t working correctly. Make sure that the preload.as file is in the SAME directory as your flash file with the SAME name when you publish or preview the swf. I have just built a different preloader with the same code and it with out a doubt preloaded an image just fine. Also, are you guys testing your swf files on a server or locally? Try putting it on a server and see what it does. I have an example of it preloading an image here

Just purchased this – is excellent. Downloaded and using within a couple of minutes. Ideal to slot into an existing project – thanks very much indeed. Highly recommended and it also looks great :)

Have spotted one issue though :( The animation is still shown even if the Flash file has been loaded. To improve this I’d like to see a check at the start of the animation to see if the file has already loaded.

Basically it means that even if the file has fully loaded, the basic animation is always shown. That’s a pity :(
