BG Mover is a powerful app that allows you to move the background on both X and Y axles. It can easily be used as a template, because it can hold layers that move along with the background. By pressing one of the buttons, it eases to a location on the background. All x and y coordinates of the layers are found automatically.

The published size is 2.28mb, because of the background image. The .swf without background is 4kb.

Unfortunately I cant, cause I dont have CS3 .. But isnt AS2 compatible with AS3 ? I didnt really use complex codes or anything
