This is a start stage to set up your own website, The white rectangle that you see rotating changing section is a PNG sequesnce made in After Effects and exported with Tranparency so you can change the background without problems.

No Actionscrips skills needed, just duplicate the movements for all the sections you need, all in timeline.

To sloow it down decrease the framerate.

Unless you don’t mind redoing all the frames involved, changing the background will be pretty tedious. Then, at the most you’ll be just using his animation sequence.
