When I press the button “reset” 4 or 5 times consecutives a big red circle appearce on the down-right side of the screen, what means? a bug?

It’s not a bug, it’s an issue with preview file when I try to demonstrate all the effects in a same place. The actual file doesn’t have any problem with that or you can download the sample swf to see it runs smoothly.

I was not able to find the Alpha_mask in the download folder. Nor the flash.fla would not open. Is there a way you can send a file that shows the example of how to incorporate the actionscript to a movie? Or even adjusting the component in the inspector? The only flash example shows it with the demo event. I would prefer the example just with a movie file. Thanks

I’m a bit puzzled with this file – I wanted to simply transition a movie clip out without putting anything else in – the AS code is too difficult for me to decipher…I don’t know how to set up the properties either… the help file is rather difficult to understand.
There is a “clip” property that is blank – what is this spot for? – I tried putting in the instance name of the movie clip in that spot – but nothing happened.
I’d really like some help – I’ve sent an email yesterday – and impatiently await a reply.

RimV, good work here… Looking to answer questions about how to blend. Does the code need two movie clips or if I do
myBlendX.trans(archribbon,"Diagonal1","In",10, 20);
to a single MC? I sometimes get the delays but haven’t gotten any of the slower transitions. They seems to be going by so fast that they are barely noticeable.

@MATSNL65: the delay is actually not seconds based, it depends on movie clip dimension, you can make some experiment with it
