Yes, you can use .swf files instead of .jpgs. It is using the loadMovie() function.

does this include an editable .fla or just the .swf and XML ?
I’m looking to add navigation, counter, etc.

@dontswimtoshore, Yes, this includes everything you would need to edit this yourself except for the font. I do not have the rights to distribute the font. Hi Terry,
I just purchased your file “blurslideshow” on flashden. I love the mask, but when I add more images to the xml file the after the 3 image the mask fractures and you can’t really understand what’s going on with the picture. Could you please help me control the mask, how can I make it do the same with the additional images. Also can I have 23 pictures on it?.

On IE7 the flash loader will only play the sequence once….even on the preview version on this site it will only play the first time…if you click refresh it loads a white block.
Any idea???

I have a problem with load this moviegallery into other flashmovie. For example I have one general movie and according to the section I load the galler1.swf, galler2.swf etc. When I play the movie I see only the first gallery correct then the other gallery don’t work. There is a problem wirth movieclip in other movie?

rfilippini, I’m not sure why the problem you’re having is occurring. It is made to work inside other movie clips.

I’m having the same problem as rfilippini. I’ve made multiple galleries(swf) files being called into a main swf. The first gallery I call witht he blur slideshow works fine but when I call another one after that it either doesnt load the images or the transitions go way too fast and jumble up.

This may have to do with the way the movie clips are duplicated. I would place this blur slideshow movie clip inside another movie clip and then create a blank frame 2 with a stop(); on frame one. Before you load a new gallery of images force this new movie clip to go to frame 2, gotoAndStop(2), that is blank and then gotoAndStop(1). Then load the next gallery.
This will force the blur slideshow to be completely new each time. If you need further help with my description please e-mail me, ryanterry@gmail.com

Just purchased and downloaded. Went to view the index.html (untouched from download) file and it just comes up black. What am I missing? Please help.

halette_v, it looks like the xml file isn’t on your server OR your server doesn’t support the xml file.

Hi! I fake a reflection effect with alphachannel-png-files (Because runtime reflection-class is very time consuming) – the problem is the interval (original at 3000):
the last picture is in the back and looking through the transparency of the upper image – if the interval is reached, the image in back would be deleted.
is it possible to fade the image in back out? or any other good looking solution for this?!
(You can try this easily by yourself by creating transparent png-files and putting them into the xml-file)

Hi! Following problem: The slideshow starts on frame 4 (everytime the user clicks on the button “NEWS”, the script would jump to the frame 4)
the first time (at start of the hp), this would work perfect, looks great. but if i go to, ae: “CONTACT”, and later push “NEWS” the slideshow is not working exactly and correct anymore. Images are invisible one moment to another, or another problem: the image dont stay the delay, they fade instandly without any break.
how could i solve this problem?? Please help, its reaallly URGENT !

Except where explicitly stated this file is entirely the work of dajovion. The author has indicated that any images / sounds / video / flash used which are not the author's work have been appropriately licensed for resale.
Think this file has infringed someone else's copyright?
