Can you adapt for different flags if you have the vectors? I got a huge amount of vector flags on my PC.

Depends on the flag – probably for simpler ones like France and Italy. The more complicated ones are animated using a few more layers so it will be a bit of work. Im actually also doing part II of this includes US Canada etc..
