the rollover is ok but on rollout it flicks between two images, intentional?

I would like to resize the button to 125×125 pixels. How can I do this?

I would also like when clicking anywhere on the image, the browser loads a url. How is this done. As you can tell, my flash is very basic so any assistance would be appreciated.
