Like, in movies when you see from the view of an security camera, you get theese scan lines. Its an graphical thing but its made of Actionscript.

Just bought this – thanks very much.
Just wondering, is there anyway of restricting the area covered by these scan lines? I have a large movie that makes up most of the website I’m building and, when implementing this, the scan lines overlap all the other content and it slows to a crawl through trying to scale it so big…
I’ve tried importing it as an SWF but that doesn’t seem to work…

Except where explicitly stated this file is entirely the work of Joppe. The author has indicated that any images / sounds / video / flash used which are not the author's work have been appropriately licensed for resale.
