Are the images visually preloaded in some way, when they are big (mb’s) ? And, do i need to use widescreen images, or is it automatically adjusted ??

Have not purchased yet, Quick question, Can i easily modify the background and element colors? I need to try this in #FFF.
Thanks in advance

Ok – hopefully last question…
I have purchased and modified things pretty easily. But one thing has not been working. I need to enable the text box ‘descTxt’ to be able to display simple html styles. I have tried these things in the actionscript:
info.contents.descTxt.htmlText = xDescription; info.contents.descTxt.html = true;
and the xml in encased in [CDATA] tags, html is enabled for the text box, Can you think of any other reason that it won’t read the html tags like most other files?
Thanks again

This gallery works very well for me. The issue of Triworks documentation and response time has been covered on a number of their product pages—I blasted them for poor documentation, but got a satisfactory response that they are implementing a whole new process for handling documentation and support with their company. I’ve bought a lot of their work, and I’m a novice, but I’ve managed to get everything to work with only a few beers and a handful of advil.
It is very frustrating to wait for a response. And the documentation is weak. But I’ll keep buying their products, it works great. Try some of the other product pages for help getting it to work. For example, a few of their products haven’t worked for me when I run it from the XML fullsite V3, but adding this line of script in the first frame fixes it: this._lockroot = true;
They do need to improve documentation, but it’s a small business but the quality is good enough that people expect documentation to match standards you’d expect from larger company. I’m not one for charity, but I believe them that better documentation is in the works.

I wanted to change the font colours for the INFO date from orange to red, and found the fonts in the text boxes for “content”.

Hi tijmen_4real
The images have visual preloaders. The images have always the same size.
Hi SBee
You can easily modify the elements colors and background. The background is placed in an external file.
If the xml has CDATA on it then that should be enough for you to use HTML tags. The textfields normally should be prepared for receiving HTML . Check if that option is set to ON, on the properties of the textfield object.
Hi ultrapyro
Back button is done and the swf has interactivity. New file updated recently.
You can make this file able to load external swf’s but you’ll have to make some changes in the code.
Have you already solve your problem with FUSE , the blue transition?
Hi stella
You don’t need to add a scroll object in category list. It already scroll the categories by mouse movement action.
Only works with xml.
Hi mdesign
Maybe we’ll update the file to have images on fullscreen.
Hi jack2008
Thanks for your support.
We’re glad to confirm everything jack2008 said is right. We are finishing an external platform to flashden where we are planning to give all kind of support to our buyers with detailed manuals, description, updates, reported bugs, wishlist and other needed features.
Our immediate goal is to have this platform done and all of our files bugs free with several updates before sending new products to FlashDen.
Nevertheless, in the next month lots of new items we’ll be prepared and uploaded to FlashDen.
See ya soon!

im trying to copy the clip into another swf…to load into a shell .swf. what files do i need to copy over to mnake this work, as of no xml loads
Posted about 1 month ago
Hi freshMint
Let’s see if i understand it right. You want to insert this gallery inside an already existing fla file.
If that’s the case then you’lll have to copy all the objects needed and code.
I think it’s easier if you just call it like an external swf file inside your ‘shell’ swf.
Hello! I am a Brazilian and like to buy this gallery… It would like to know he is borne accentuation (^ ´~) and is been possible alter the layout of her (colors, etc…
I await his return.
