Having an issues:

I’m trying to embed the file and it doesn’t play when I upload all the files to my server. It plays locally but not when I publish. Also, should I be uploading both .as files to the server as well, I saw you state somewhere that “we” should publish live all files within the “deploy” folder but mine doesn’t have any .as files in it.

Hi – only the files inside the deploy need to be on the server. No as files. The as are compiled inside the swf files.

If you move the files around, and don’t keep the same folder structure, than you need to put the XML in the same folder with the html embedding the swf.

Is there a way to change the positioning of the buttons so that they’re aligned left rather than right? I know you said not to mess with the x-position, but my client wants the buttons in the lower right of the rotator. Any suggestions?

Yes, could you elaborate a bit? Which section of the code, etc.? Is it an easy change or something that would require some actionscripting expertise?

In case anyone else wants an actual answer to my question, it’s in the projectsMc clip inside the flash file on line 39:

Change (_root.cpanel._x-_root.nrPoze*_root.nrDist-10) to whatever x value you want.

Here’s another question for you bobocel,

How would I go about putting in back/next buttons to move from the current banner to the next or from the current banner to the previous? Is there an existing function in actions.as I can call?
