I think the night and afternoon are mixed up. I see the moon in the afternoon and the sun in the evening. 
so this takes different mc I have to do the background put them in different mc and the code would do the trick can the hours be modified?

Thanks guys…...1 more thing i forgot to add is that the times and the greetings are completely versatile, as long as you know action script u can do whatever you want with this.
