hello, this is a nice file,

but can anyone someone advise me on how to make the buttons stick in the ‘over’ state when it is clicked on?

Another words, I want the buttons to stay in the over state (maroon color) when the user clicks on the button and is directed to the linked page and then have the maroon over state go back to normal when the user clicks on another button.

anyone can help please? Thanks!

Yes you can store the current button in a _root. variable.

Step1: On button press disable the pressed button and add it to a global or root variable. Animate the button to the pressed state.

Step2: If the root var where the current pressed button is stored has another entry, i.e. if another butotn was previously pressed, then re-enable that button and animate it back to its normal state.

That should work, the code is very easy.

If you have any hassle send me a mail info@graphicireland.com :)
