This neat little flash menu is easily modified from one frame of actionscript. All you do is add some menu and submenu items to an array and they appear and the menus and submenus all adapt accordingly.

You’ll need basic-medium level of actionscript to use this file, but its pretty simple and you can drag and drop the menu.

Instructions included!

**UPDATE* There was a bug with the submenu items, this has now been fixed. If you purchased before the fix, its quite simple to fix. If you open the submenu movieclip and then delete the empty frames at the beginning this will fix it.

Hi there – I like your Dynamic Flash Menu with submenus.

Just one question – I would like to be able to have the submenus display on rollover of the menu so that the main menu item can also have a URL link atached to it. Is this possible?

I forgot to mention that the another .fla is a slide presentation. How must I modify the menu in order to get it work in a slide presentation?

Two questions:

1. Is the height of the menu fixed or scalable? If I have three times as many submenu links, will the file stretch vertically to accommodate the links?

2. Can I place graphics in the right side? Or how about graphics AND text?

If this file can do the things listed above, it would be perfect for my use! Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

I am hoping to use this menu on a cdrom. Is each button able to edited with a different fscommand?

Hi, I’ve been through the instructions but can’t seem to find the imbedded text for the buttons (“Home, About, Show submenu, etc”;). The only label I’m finding is “Buying”. Where should I be looking?

Hello, I really like this menu but i would like to ask if it possible to make the selected item stay open when the page loads? I use it a product selector and I would like to have menu open to the specific submenu otem when the page loads.
