I have a problem i bought Video player 14 to work with the seyret Joomla component on my website www.FunnyStash.com and it already had a video player on it which i wanted to change. The video player is called “seyretplayer.swf” so i decided to over write “FlvPlayer” with that name but it didn’t work. How do i get this player to work with my site, is there something in the actionscript source code i have to change.

I brough this player not too long ago; it worked great. But now that I upgraded to Flash Player 9, it no longer works. Do you have a solution? Please help.

After upgrading to Flash Player 9 it now tells me “You need to upgrade your Flash Player.” It worked fine before Player 9.

Where does it say so? I presume you’re talking about the html file. Note there should be the swfObject there too.

It displays the message in my web browser while viewing the flv player on my webpage. It didn’t do that until I upgrade to Flash Player 9, but it’s telling me to upgrade—I just did. Worked great in Flash Player 8.

There seem to be an issue with how you have the swf file embedded with swf object. You might want to send me an email with the files to check them out, but before you do, please let me know if the original files you downloaded from FlashDen act strange in any way.

Simple yet very well made. documentation is good too. Love how the video and thumbnail variables are in the file url. works like a charm!

Is there a way to configure the player so that the play button appears as default? At the moment it is confusing for some people as they do not realize that they are looking at a video player. Instead, some think it’s just a photo.

You can put a small video icon on the thumbs. 
The colors can be changed in the fla file.
I purchased this file some time ago and have used it a number of times since. Has worked beautifully for what I have needed, thanks for a great little file!

Except where explicitly stated this file is entirely the work of bobocel. The author has indicated that any images / sounds / video / flash used which are not the author's work have been appropriately licensed for resale.
