Feature:
This file is xml driven news function. with blur and fade In/Out moving effect. you can open or close blur effect.
1. xml driven, easy change the news title,date, content
2. you can using the html tag in xml news content.
3. using external css file to format news title,dat and contents. easy change the title.date and contents style. for example. text size. font color. link color etc…
