i have been pm you and no response…. if i drag and drop this into scene. i get the following error:

Variable Emphasis_3D_n1 is not defined.
   at global/flash.utils::getDefinitionByName()
   at Untitled_fla::Emphasis_3D_1/swapDigit()
   at Untitled_fla::Emphasis_3D_1/displayNumbers()
   at Untitled_fla::Emphasis_3D_1/progressLoading()

here is what i do: i create a new as3 file in cs3. i go to import and choose external library. i select your fla i find your movieclip drag it into the current scene it places good looks good but when i test it i get that following error… wheter or not i change the test bolean or not….

Thank you for reporting the problem! The solution is simple: Copy the folder “Emphasis_3D_stuff” to your movie Library

It should now work fine.

Sorry about the incovenience, i will repair the file and upload a new version ASAP .

that did the trick… thank you sir… one question when i turn the test bolean to false… the movie just sits still no loding and i cant even see the preloader… its just the background… is there something i can change or will it work when its uplaoded to a server?

Yes, it will work on server! If you want to test it localy, you can see it working with “simulate download” , but it needs to get a bit bigger :)

:) thanks for the reconition bud… excellent file… I would recomend this one to anyone.. even if your just in it to learn how to do a preloader this is really a great way to go… not to many as3 preloaders out there at this kind of price… Get it now… Edanlee

Ok I purchased this file a couple days ago and I am having a little trouble. When I upload the file I turn simulate download to false correct? When I change that it loads to 100% but then does nothing. umm help :)

Ok figured it out I was jus suppose to comment out the stop action at the very top all is good thumbs up pimpin!

How do I change the color of the preloader? I have used it on my site www.theofficialvip.com. It works. Now just want to change the color for my next project. Thanks

Hi digitalnamo! The easyest method is to open the preloader and change the tint color in the properties panel of each number and on the loading word.

If you need another method, or anything else, just ask. :)

Hey man, I am having a bit of a problem with this. I put it in frame 1 and then in frame 2 everything else. The preloader works but starts at 90% and only shows up at that point which renders it pretty much useless. Any ideas?
