Download external files using Flash 8 File Reference.

File Reference allows you to open a dialog box, select the location where to save the file and having a dynamic preloader bar with percent directly in Flash to view the progress of Downloads.

Note: Percent and progress bar aren’t show in this preview because the latest version of Flash doesen’t permit external domains data reach.

Hi i Wanna Buy This Button , But He Make A Test Sen To Download A File , But When Some One Work whith Aol Explorer and try to download the file it stay on 0% and never download the file, i want to make sure if it go to work whit aol user before to buy it.

I downloaded this and it only works with 1 image, 2nd image just says loading …....

Does anyone how to fix this ??

can you add a button “Launch” when it’s 100% completed? instead of locking down to 100%?

Hi. It seems like it only works for IE.

It does show save dialog box on Firefox but doesnt download anything.

Anybody tried this on Firefox? or any other browsers?

It works when i test it in flash but not in the website. im using flash 8, and i also used flash cs3 just in case but nothing. it asks me to save the file but once i click save it does nothing. I tried both IE and Firefox

Can you help It looks like I’m not the only one thats having that problem.

Hi, I tried testing this, and I try to save to my desktop and it doesn’t save. Is this just because it’s a preview?

Maybe I should not have purchased this. I read the comments and still I bought this thing while knowing there was a problem. I thought I could solve it. I didn’t. I also have tried to download using this flash from my website, but it does not work. It just opens the dialog box and after clicking save, nothing happen just like the preview file above.
