Looks very pretty. If made the flares not follow the mouse, but appear randomly very fast, you’d get a magical mist. Very cool. 
A flare effect on mouse.Can be recolored,resized and easily edited in order to fit to your likes.Hope you like it and find it useful.
Optional: If you don’t want the mouse to be shown just open up the action script of the first key frame and add this code: Mouse.hide();
