Yeah… I think this one is a little better because you can actually draw something by clicking and dragging 
and then release when you want to stop

It’s very well documented so you can easily customize it.
You can resize it and the background will be larger.
You can use this as a full screen site.
The trail(stroke) can be changed easily by changing the stroke value(by default is 2 pixels) in the actions panel.
The pencil is a vector drawing and you can customize it too. You can change the color, scale or angle of the pencil.
You can delete the pencil and place your own icon.
It’s simple! In the download archive you will find the help.txt file.
