Flash & PHP Mailinglist Form

A simple little form you can add to your site, which allows users to submit their email address. The form will send you a mail with their details and also send them an email thanking them for adding to the mailing list.

The Form has email validation and the source is fully commented and comes with a help file. The PHP is also very easy to update.

If you can type your email address you can use this file!

The file comes with heavily documented code and needs only to have the location of the PHP file refrenced in the FLA and one alteration to the PHP file itsself.

No knowledge of PHP is required.

If you can type your email address and upload files to a web server you can use this file.

This Code could easily be modified to Accept AIM , IRC or MSN handles, if you remove the email validation and modify the length of the string validation to suit.

@bahij. Dont bad mouth my product its perfectly fine if you cant follow basic instructions it’s not my fault. 23 ppl have this file no probems with 4 5 star ratings. It’s not the file it’s you!

Just so ppl know bahj decided to change lines of the code which were not described in the help file and need not have been edited and then posted this b4 asking for my help.

Unfair I think so.

He did not do everything possible either as stated, in facy he did not read the comments or the help file and then was very rude about it

Also if email address contains – user@user-user.com the form does except the dash.

I can configure it to automatically read the browser name without a need for them to input it, send me a mail.

In relation to the dash in the email address there is a very simple way to restrict that character from that field, it is all contained in the file and very easy to modify
