To Rondog, with all due respect, you haven’t even purchased the file, with what authority can you advised us about it, we purchased a file, maybe the most popular file on flashden, and we have full right to claim and demand support, not a cheap script either so whats the point to try to get support somewhere else. to michaelhejja, you should reconsider your position about supporting your customers on due time, I’ll will file a complain with flashden and report your behavior just as my last resource.

Hey Guys,

Please, send me your support questions by email. Many issues take several communications back and forth to sort out, and often I need access to the server to go in and actually see why a script isn’t working. These are things that we don’t want on the board, especially passwords and things of that sort.

As rondog stated, I am just one guy with a full time job trying to give out free support for over 500 installations (as of now) of this file, so I appreciate any patience that you can give. I am going through emails as fast as I can, but most likely it will be longer than four days before I can reply, unless it is a quick / or obvious question that I have come across before.

WHO WANTS TO EARN $20 BY CONFIGURING THIS FILE FOR ME ON MY SERVER !

Hi,

I am having a little difficulty getting this script to work. I can load the xml file and click to see details. However I can not get access to upload pics or videos, save, etc.

I am pretty sure it is a problem with the default image and video location. I have been reading help page and am not getting how to fix this.

Does anyone want to earn $20 (via paypal) to get this FULLY working for me ASAP !
