Would this work if you replaced the .jpg file (ie. the water bottle) with a .swf file?

hi tri I got this file a while back but could not figure out how to make it work when the stage is bigger than what I am trying to scroll. Thanks a bunch if you have time to help.

Hi unchartedrealms;
It doesn’t make sense to make it scroll if the stage is bigger because there is nothing to scroll. I don’t really understand what you’re trying to do.
Posted 6 months ago
can you change the size of the stage (and the size of the picture accordingly, so you ‘have something to scroll”
?
what about x axis, is it possible to add it?
thanx
Hi rada
You can change the size of the stage and the size of the picture accordingly.
This application was developed concerning an vertical object, therefore based on y axis. Using the same example you can easily transform the code to load horizontal objects.

Hi, I just Purchased this file , its work great but I have problem using it inside my flash site , so :
- I have a website with 1000*600 px size, when load this file as external .swf with Loadmovie() it use the Stage size of my main website site and not the stage size of your file .
-so how to force the script to use a specific size to scroll inside and not the whole Stage size of my site , otherwise I can’t use it at all .
btw I like your work and already Purchased : Full XML Website V3 & Fullscreen XML gallery V2
Thx

I’m having issues with the file. When I rollover outside the flash area the image is still moving until it goes off and reveals the white background.
Any idea?

Hi Triworks,
Very pleased with all my triworks files so far. You guys are producing some great work.
However, I am trying to do the same as SmartOne, I just need to change the script so that I can choose a region for scrolling instead of it referencing Stage.height. I am then replacing the image with XML text region.
Please help.
Thx

Hi salarrue
You must remove the mouse listener on image rollout.
Hi gilespn
You’ve the area of the object that contains the image. Use it instead of the Stage.
Is there still an x & y version of this coming?
Could it be used in conjunction with your fullscreen image galleries to show the whole images when they have otherwise cropped off when too big for the browser?

Hi peejay
For now we’re not planning to create a x & y version of this file.
Yes, it could be used in conjunction with our other image galleries files.
Hi and a warm welcome triworks,
This fun to work-with-flash animation,we have buoyantly here in front of us all; has clearly quenched our ‘global thirsts’ for more & more free-flowing wet-to-the-taste movement.
