FLV video BackGround resizable and centered, with full dot pattern overlay.
You can load every FLV you want.
Help:
Pay attention to the aspect ratio, and check inside the actionscript panel where you have to set this.
I used a FLV 5 /2.8 (widescreen, more or less); if you want load a 4/3 vid, change my Aspect with yours.
If you need help ask me, but i dont think so.

can I put more then one flv like you did you have 6 videos playing at the same time right? could it be more then 6 at the same time?

the FLV I used it’s just one: made with after effect adding 6 video, BUT …. if you want do it directly in this flash you can, how? ok, inside the “cont_video_mc” ther’s one FLVplayback componet, put any FLVplayback you want but respect the proportions and change the different url for each one. Copy also the AS for the loop and change the relative instance name of wich FLVplayback. Sorry if i’m not so clear, i’m italian and my english ain’t the best!

Ciao r-pole, ho appena comprato il file… niente male. purtroppo pensavo che gestisse automaticamente 6 video differenti invece mi sono accorto dopo aver aperto il .fla che e’ un unico video.
E’ possibile avere 6 player contemporanei che palyano 6 movie differenti invece che averne uno solo in questo modo?

hi iDraw! believe me, with white dots doesn’t works, I mean white dots are to much visible, and the video become pretty invisible…black it’s better. Sorry! May i’ll try to do a example with white dots but less filled…how say? less dots…

ok yea i understand what you mean…... yea less, i just want a plain background, not a dark one.. thats why i ask…...... cause for me is white cleaner, its more beautiful in my opinion

Hi Thanks for this, its very usefull. I wonder if I may ask your advice, I would like the pattern to be a mask, its hard to explain, but i want the video to only appear in the little squares of the gif.
so kind of an invert of what its doing now.
now the gif image is a tile over the top, but i want it to be a mask..hope that makes sense.

yeah Brad! You can! And it’s already in tha flash. Go into the library, there’r 3 gif files, one is the dots, and the other two are what you want. So to use it, just change the name of identifier in Linkage settings. Before remember to delete the identifier name of the currency pattern… Hope you understand me…sorry my english…

Is there something in the code that disables the sound, i convert flv’s and throw them in but they dont play back with sound. what am i doing wrong?

hey dude,
I have another question, i have it all built into the site now, but i have 2 problems. Hoping you can help me out.
problem 1: when the video has finished, i want it to dissapear and then the main site background comes back – is this possible?
problem 2: I also have purchased flashjunkies, bottom bar mp3 player, if a user clicks play on the player, i want the sound on the video to stop.
maybe i could send you my fla? or maybe you can offer a little help as to what to do?
appreciate anything you can give.

hello again. everything works pretty good. but when I resize stage to fullscreen, like 1280×800, the swf slows down too much. How can I solve this? This is not from your fla, i know, but do you experience the same problem?

Think this file has infringed someone else's copyright?
