This is to let people know to right click to go into full screen. It looks just like the default Flash message that tells you how to exit full screen.
The movie clip centers to your screen.
It also has a place to put copyright info.

Thanks everybody. It came to me when one of my colleagues wanted to know that they can make one of the site I did full screen by right clicking and clicking fullscreen.
