FULLCREEN XML GALLERY V2

Features
XML full screen image gallery with a bottom interactive bar that displays the thumbnails.

Add as many images as you like by editing a XML file. Very simple to manage and personalize.

This gallery also uses the bitmap class, meaning that you won’t get your images pixilated. We also decided to make this gallery full screen in a way that your images will always be proportional and fit on the maximum resolution. You can right click or click the top right button to go to full screen mode.

Hello. I really like your gallery. it’s tight. I’m just having one issue. I’m trying to load swf’s. I can load the swf. but then it like fades in with the animating swf and then it goes back to the first frame of the swf and no buttons used in the swf work? why is that?

Hi caberz
Do you’ve a preview where i can see what’s happening?

To Whom This May Concern,

I recently bought the “Fullscreen XML gallery V2” from flashden and I had a question about editing the size of the pictures.

Is there anyway to alter the settings in this gallery so that the original file size I upload stays exactly the same on the screen (in normal and full screen views). I would like to keep the files in their true size so their image quality remains unchanged. For example If my original file is 983×500, can it appear on the screen 983×500 instead of enlarging automatically to fit the screen?

Thank you so much for your time and have a great day!

Hi ArmelinMediaLLC
This gallery only fits images to fullscreen. To make it load images on its original resolution it must be altered.

Posted 4 months ago

OK… how would we go about altering it to allow for this change? It’s very important as we are the photo are blurred due to the fact that they are being “blown up”.

Would you be willing to make this change for us for a fee?? If you, simply let us know what you would charge and we will oblige. We can forward payment to you via PayPal, Western Union, or Direct Credit Card payment.

We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!!

Thank you, in advance.

it would be nice to add prev/next buttons…

I’m having the same issue as caberz. I can load in a swf fine but cannot get any functionality working in the loaded swf. It also seems to fade out anything after the first frame. Why would that be?

I purchased this product some time ago with the promise of “Future Updates” that include (most importantly)

-Previous/next navigation arrows

I am still waiting to give this product a rating, but this feature will have a heavy effect on this rating. Are we going to see this feature soon?

Hi tylerdelange
We haven’t decided if we’re going to update this file with new features or not. Soon we will report some final decisions on this one.

hi, is there a way to autoplay the slideshow? ie the images to load every 5 seconds

Posted about 1 month ago

Hi harisk73
This product does not include a slideshow ability.

Hello Triworks,

You said that in order to change the file from a jpeg to a swf you just need to change the path in the config file. However, when I did this the swf does not work. Could you please tell me how to use swf files?

Thank you very much!

Posted about 1 month ago

Hi caberz
We tell you what? Loading an image or a swf external file is done the same way so, you just have to alter the path of the gallery to load swf files instead of jpg. Nevertheless, we do not consider loading external swf files as a feature in this gallery because the results vary a lot. So, as you may understand, we cannot give you support on this one.

Posted about 1 month ago

oh man!

the reason I bought this file was because I saw that you said .swf’s could be used. is there any way I could trade this file for one of your galleries that loads swf’s?

Posted about 1 month ago

Hi caberz
We never tell that our galleries loads swf. In fact, we always state the same thing about this issue. The gallery only features image support and that’s what we’re going to give support to. The ability to load swf exists because the loading of an image/swf is done the same way but we never guarantee support on this matter or that it really functions well because it depends on the contents and interactivity a swf object may implicate.

We don’t have any file on our portfolio that assumes loading swf files as a gallery.
