GRADIENT BACKGROUND ANIMATION 2

HomeBrowse CategoriesVideoVideo LoopsAbstract / BackgroundsGradient Background Animation 2

A seamless loopable background animation, nice for titles, DVD Menus, Flash Movies, etc. You can pretty much use this for anything…just drop it behind something and your good to go!

Second version, I think it looks a little bit better…

Hi – loved the graphic, but when I try to run it I get an error message that says “A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program’s internal state. the program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.”

Not sure what to do. I was hoping to use this graphic in a ProShow Producer slide show…any suggestions?

Thanks. Dotti

Hi, thanks for buying…

Not really sure, its not a graphic its a video file, encoded to be a .mov (quicktime) I haven’t heard of ProShow Producer. I’m assuming its sort of like powerpoint/keynote? Ummmmmmm I can try to look into it further to find the format of video that ProShow accepts if any…and if I cant find it…maybe you can provide me with the format of video you need and I will export/encode it for you and email it to you.

Just write me back with the format you need and your email address.

Sorry for the inconvenience :)

Hey, I just checked out the ProShow’s site, and found this page:

ProShow Input File Specs

It is saying that the software should work with .mov files it doesnt say much about the encoding profiles that the software accepts. The file you bought was encoded with the h.264 codec. This may be the issue. I dont want you to go through too much trouble, but I suggest first contacting ProShow’s customer support and see if something is wrong with the software…possibly reinstall the program. If that fails I can try to re-export the project as an avi or something else and email it to you…

Oh and also are you getting that error message when you attempt to open the video at all, or does it work when you open the video and you have the error when you try to bring it into the software?

Hello—looks nice!

So, this can this be used as a background for a movie clip in flash? do you have any idea how much extra memory it adds to the file? Also-is it easy to change the colors-so that for example it only goes between deep orange and yellow?

thanks! :)

Hey Findcate…

This can absolutely be used as a background in a flash file. You will need to encode it first. You can do this using quicktime, sorenson squeeze, or any other video encoder. If you dont have any of the above just search google for “convert mov to flv” or “convert mov to swf” whatever you need to use. This is a video file…not a flash file. This is the reason some converting is needed. If done it should actually significantly lower the file size. Now for the last question, I am sorry but you cannot change the colors. It is a flattened video. I can customize the file for you but that falls into the category of extra customization. And like everyone else on this site…we charge for it. Its not crazy expensive but with the customization I can change the following things for you:

- Use specific colors, you can actually give me the hex codes for the exact colors you need and I can use those. - Make the video as long as you want. - Make the video size whatever resolution you need. Right now its set to NTSC standard video size (720×480). This works for video but if you are using it for flash you may want it for a banner or something like that. If you change the video dimensions too drastically using the converter the file will get all stretched and look a little funny.

So I hope you like the file as is, and if you want any customization contact me through the email form on my profile. I will return your email promptly and we can talk more.
