No, unfortunately not, just a scripted menu but the titles and links are hardcoded.
It’s easy to create new items though and adjust spacing and intensity.
Will try put together some XML based menu’s in the future.

I really like the menu and would like to use it, but I was wondering if there was any way of stopping the shaking effect. I would like to make it get bigger and keep everything the same, just not vibrate on mouse over.

Indeed you can, on the second frame is a comment with about 6 lines of code that you can just comment out and it will no longer jitter.
Loof for the comment called: // JITTER CURRENT MENU
You can also easily adjust the max scale size and spacing with the variables on the first frame.

Hi Ele, yes, you will just need to change the offsets to the x-axis instead of y and lay them out horizontally.
Unfortunately not as simple as just saying setHorizontal I’m afraid.

Hi.. great menu 
Is there way that all the actionscript can be placed on one frame instead of spread ove three frames? I am trying to insert the menu into and existing movie that needs to have all actionscript on a single frame.
can this be done?

I tried to place this button set in a MC and in a differet time line but it wouldnt work.. I gave the correct gotoAndPlay for the 3rd Action frame
