‘Guitar Man’ by Jim Hance (www.strangelydrawn.com)
If you need a funky little character to lipsynch along with a song, or just stand there looking…funky.. here he is!
Simple actionscript lets you change the timing and position of his chord-holding hand without having to edit the animation – Mouth movements can also be easily edited. Mock 3D effect makes him stand out from dull, flat animation. This final exported .swf is 9kb!
I’m happy to offer support to any who needs it
Thanks so much for the kind comments – Really encouraging
I was a bit apprehensive at submitting a file at first (my first time and all!) but you’re obviously a friendly bunch, I’ll get working on some more!
Cheers

Hi cayayo,
It’s a Flash 8 compatible file, I’ll see if I can save it as an MX and I’ll have it mailed to you pronto – thankyou

Great little animation there. Exactly what I was looking for. How would you incorporate sound in an animation like this, the easiest way? Withouht making it spend 10 minutes loading first..
