Highly customizable image gallery, XML driven.

You can easily put the scroller any position you like, set the images to any dimensions. You can customize the scroller movement.

Here is a list of variables you can change:
- verticalMenu
- imageWidth & imageHeight
- bigImageWidth & bigImageHeight
- menuX & menuY
- bigImageX & bigImageY
- spacing
- inColor & outColor & coloringSpeed
- minScrollSpeed & maxScrollSpeed
- scrollEaseIn & scrollEaseOut
- preloaderSize

- useRandomTransitions
- showDescription
- showDetailedInfo
- useMirror

You can specify the images and description text through the XML file. The images can have any dimensions, they are automatically resized. They all should have the same dimensions.

There are 4 transitions included from my product Transitions Effects Collection. Very easy to add the transitions if you bought the collection.

Hi, Does the XML file read from folders containing the images and text? or do you have to specify each image and related text element separately. thanks

Hi, I have problem with using gallery inside my presentation as MC. Everything is OK except mouse control. I think it takes coordinates to scroll with menu from absolute size of my whole movie and I need to modify mouse to react just in width of main picture. Any ideas how to do that ?

Same problem… I downloaded the file (which is nice by the way). Its loaded into a master movie. Everything works fine except the scrolling capability seems to get disabled on mouse movements. Any thoughts?

Is it possible to have a variable width for the thumbs? Because I want to use this for a photography client of mine for his portfolio.

Hi Snowcat!

I also have the same problem as plazyl and waveminded..

The problem is that the menu scroller looks at the width of the stage..

so when you import the swf into another stage (that for example is bigger) you have a problem…

Do you have a solution for this???

Hi, Forget my previous post.. Everything works.. I have a problem with IE7 when I reload the same page. The thumbnails are not loading (they works with FireFox) but when you click onto the thumbnails “space” you have the full image. My xml is dynamically generated.

solution with menu scroller>

just replace in all places in code Stage.width to some value for example 600 and Stage.height to 530 (it’s dimension of compiled gallery) and scroll will work great after loading gallery to another bigger stage.

Hallo All
is there someone who can help me with the xml text? iam loading the movie to another clip and that stage.height.width has been very helpful. Anyway the pictures are loaded nor the text. cant get thru this. I was looking for some _root anyway without any result. If someone has this problem also and solved, please help.
