awesome design, and the programmer was nice enough to help me figure out how to customize it. very recommended!! thanks!!!

This is a very cool effect!!! Thanks.

FYI – it seems that each consecutive ‘revolution’ causes the animation to slowly ‘move upward’, instead of keeping it perfectly center(ed), so if you just let it run for a few minutes, you will notice that the animation “travels up” the screen.

Not sure if that was your “intended” effect, but any fix you can recommend is appreciated.

Well done! Thank you.

Since the downloadable version isn’t updated with this change it would be nice if you could share the above mentioned fix. Im looping this in a rather long movie and I cant use it like it is now :/

Hey guys! Inside AS “RAY” movie clip!

//**THE LINES ABOVE NEED COMMENTED **/ /onClipEvent (enterFrame) { //this._y -= .04; }*/

Enjoy! ;D

Should this code be place directly in the “ray0” movie clip?? And what lines above need to be commented? Please advise

//*THE LINES ABOVE NEED COMMENTED */ /onClipEvent (enterFrame) { //this._y -= .04; }*/

Hello – nice script. How do I change the speed of the rotation without changing the framerate of the movie?

Thanks

Would be nice if the fix were added to the original file here so no one has to figure out how to fix it, but this is still a nice file. :)
