  • all menu elements are always enabled.

  • add reset function



Menu vertical v1:
  • the menu has three levels
  • all label menu load from xml file (dynamic menu)
  • you can easily change colours in the code action script (classes ItemView.as,SubItemView.as ,etc)
  • you can easily change font size and font face in fla library

From the xml file however the menu is downloading data it is necessary to adapt them for own needs in the file fla. Required basic Action Script knowledge.

Tween module.
You must install the module lacootween behind the help of the program “Extension Macromedia Manager”. To unpack lacotween.zip and to start the file “MovieClipTween120.mxp”.The installation is needed only at opening FLA files.

How do I change the spacing between the letter withiin the text links? I changed the setting within the FLA file but nothing worked. Could you please help. Thanks!

Hi Flashmaniac,

It is possible to force one of the sub-menus to be open when loading the menu?

For instance, when it loads or straight after it loads, I’d like “ITEM 2” to be open automatically without user interaction?

Thank you FlashManiac, I have purchased both files and combined the code so it works as I need.

Brilliant work, you’ve obviously invested alot of time in this menu. I’ve found nothing like it on the web so an extra big thumbs up and another 5-star rating for you.

Is it possible to keep all links linkable? For example, if the parent has opened up 3 child links, the parent and any parent link is clickable/linkable? Thanks!
